I began my construction career as a salesman for Comcast for a residential/commercial. From there, I  advanced to become a cable installer for construction department. After 10 years working for Comcast I join the LOCAL IBEW UNION and immediately became foreman for a commercial contracting company, working on various projects ranging from new construction restaurants to office renovations and fit-outs. This experience provided me practical

knowledge in managing active construction projects. My high standards and exceptional motivation skills earned me a transition to the role of Senior Superintendent there after decided to start my own business.

I have over 21 years of experience in the construction industry. As Senior Superintendent, I can manage projects from the start of construction through completion. My ability to work with owners, developers, design professionals, code officials and sub-contractors gives me the necessary traits to complete projects in a timely fashion and on budget. My communication skills and ability to work through day-to-day challenges make me a valuable part of our construction team.

I have worked with retail, school, state and municipality projects, industrial development, warehouse/ distribution, and pharmaceutical projects in both design-build and hard-bid scenarios. Residential real estate flipping for both personal and customer. I have worked with many property management companies providing small to big properties.
